Samantha Turmaine

Samantha has worked in the property and finance sector since leaving education in 2001. After completing her ILEX Legal Diploma, Samantha’s career commenced in a local estate agency, whereby she utilised her previous skills in customer service to build strong relationships with members of the public.

After a period of two years, Samantha ventured into London seeking a new challenge where she worked for an established financial institution. Starting as their receptionist, before quickly progressing to a private client administrator, then paraplanner specialising in mortgages, protection, investments, and pensions.  After 13 years, Samantha decided to further her career by concentrating solely on mortgages and protection, working for a company who offered bespoke mortgage solutions.  Samantha completed her CeMAP qualifications which enabled her to meet her goal of becoming a mortgage adviser.

Her broad background in property and finance makes Samantha a well-rounded and informed broker, ensuring her clients have a full understanding of their options and the support needed to make those important decisions, with many years in the industry, this has amassed to considerable experience in ‘niche’ lending situations such as expatriates of the UK, foreign nationals, holiday let, and portfolio landlords, to name just a few.

Outside of the workplace, you will usually find Samantha with her twin sister embarking on various holiday adventures, as well as enjoying her love of fast cars.
