Kim joined Pinnacle as our Operations Manager, bringing with her an immense level of experience, covering areas such as team management, compliance, credit control, and broker analysis. As part of our company growth, Kim’s presence is highly valued, and her expertise allows us to knit together our client facing and back-office processes with aplomb.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Kim had spent almost a decade at an established mortgage network, working her way through the ranks until holding a senior position at the previous company.

In addition to Kim’s professional skills, Kim showcases natural positivity and a can-do attitude, which is backed up by a hardworking and dedicated ethic. This is a replica of what the wider team embraces in their own respective ways, and allows the team to feed off one and other.
