Daniel Gracie

Born and bred in our hometown of Leigh on Sea, Pinnacle was an obvious fit for our Director of Specialist Lending, who was seeking a base that continued to offer strong links into London, as well as local positioning to offer specialist advice.

Throughout his 15+ years in the mortgage industry, Daniel has found himself increasingly drawn to solving difficult lending situations and has spent years building his knowledge as a specialist finance broker.

Daniel has procured mortgages covering a wide spectrum of complex scenarios, such as overseas income, work or residence, commercial properties, short-term lending needs, high net worth, complex income, quirky accounts, and large property portfolios. Daniel also excels in finding bespoke solutions for clients who, whilst in a strong position, just don’t seem to fit the mould that lenders look for.

The Company Directors here at Pinnacle had worked with Daniel for several years, so it was an easy decision in making Daniel the spearhead of our Specialist Lending operation.
